The Classic Hotel - above Lake Geneva in Leysin, Switzerland - has been the venue for the in-company trainings that Ron has gone to every August and January for the past ten years. He says he's spent a half-year of his life in the Classic.
It's a colleague-thing, and spouses have never gone. But I've been twice, because of freelance editing assignments for Krauthammer.
I've been in the summer.
The breakfast view is Mont Blanc.
And I've been in the winter.
Next year, the venue is moving to Germany. So August 2006 was the last time in Leysin.
